SPQL (Sadraudzīgā Pilsoniskā Kvalitātes Līga) is the data controller for personal data processed through this platform.
We collect: name, email address, application answers, and platform activity data. All data is processed lawfully under GDPR Article 6(1)(a) (consent) and Article 6(1)(b) (contractual necessity).
Personal data is retained for the duration of membership plus 90 days. Application data for rejected applications is deleted after 30 days.
Under GDPR Articles 15-22, you have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data.
